Stickers will be sent in flat envelopes, therefore there will be no tracking numbers provided for sticker purchases. Charms WILL have tracking numbers and will be sent via email.

As a precaution, please record and email a video of envelopes/packages being opened in case an item is damaged or missing from your order. Only with video evidence will I be able to send another order your way to replace that item, free of charge!

Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide refunds for sticker purchases that are lost in transport.
If orders are sent back to me, I will make sure to contact you and give you a month to confirm another sending attempt. If there is no reply, I will be keeping the item and returning it back to my stock.
